Acceptance

By using ShiftedCal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

ShiftedCal is a calendar viewer designed for remote workers with non-standard schedules. It connects to Google Calendar and displays your events in a shifted workday view. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt to access other users' data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Subscription and billing

ShiftedCal offers a Free tier and paid plans (Plus, Pro). Plan features are described on the pricing page. Pricing and features may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account → Cancel subscription. Upon cancellation:

• Your account will be reverted to the Free plan at the end of your billing period
• You retain access to your data and calendars within Free plan limits
• No partial refunds are issued for the unused billing period

If you were granted a complimentary plan by an admin, cancellation takes effect immediately with no billing implications.

Account termination and data deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. When you submit a deletion request:

• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
• All your personal data — including connected accounts, calendar events, preferences, subscription records, and email history — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days
• This action cannot be undone. Once deletion is processed, your data cannot be recovered
• To cancel a pending deletion request, contact [email protected] before the 30-day window closes

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where appropriate, allow data export before termination.

Data and privacy

Your use of ShiftedCal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request its deletion.

Limitation of liability

ShiftedCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed events, or business disruption arising from use of the service.
