Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to ShiftedCal. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy and to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

General — no refunds

All sales are final. The refund window is 0 days. ShiftedCal is a software-as-a-service product and access is granted immediately upon purchase. When you complete checkout through Paddle, you consent to immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that doing so extinguishes any applicable statutory withdrawal right with respect to the digital service.

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • partial billing periods
  • unused time remaining on a subscription
  • unused features
  • accidental renewals
  • changes in your needs or circumstances

Service issues and bugs

We genuinely care about ShiftedCal working correctly for you. If a bug or service outage prevents you from using the product in a meaningful way and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to us. We will work with you — whether that means a subscription extension, complementary access, or, in cases where the service was not usable, a refund. We want to make it right.

Non-delivery

If Paddle is unable to deliver or activate your subscription due to a technical failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of the relevant charges under Paddle's Buyer Terms (section 2). Contact [email protected] directly if this occurs.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that date and will not be charged again. Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current period.

Sales tax refunds

VAT/GST-registered businesses charged consumption tax may be eligible for a tax-only refund under applicable law. Contact Paddle within 60 days of your transaction date with a valid tax registration number. Paddle handles all such requests as Merchant of Record.
